Enjoy a creamy, refreshing homemade mango ice cream made with ripe mangoes and simple ingredients.

sweet, ripe mango puree

condensed milk

diced mangoes

Instructions
Peel, chop, and blend mangoes into a smooth puree.
If making homemade condensed milk, heat milk with sugar until thickened, then cool.
Whip the cream until soft peaks form.
Gently fold whipped cream into mango puree and condensed milk, then add diced mangoes.
Pour into a container, cover, and freeze for 6-8 hours. Let sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, add a few saffron strands or a squeeze of lime juice before freezing.
