Ingredients

Watermelon

  • 4 cups Watermelon, seedless, cubed
  • 0.25 cup Fresh lime juice
  • 0.25 cup Fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Erythritol or preferred low-carb sweetener, granulated
  • 2 cups Ice cubes

Garnishes

  • 1 slice Fresh lime slices for garnish
  • Additional leaves Additional mint leaves for garnish

Instructions 

  • Cube the watermelon and squeeze fresh lime juice.
