This yogurt cake is a light, fluffy treat perfect for any occasion. Easy to make and delightfully moist, it’s a healthier dessert option.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a cake pan.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl; whisk wet ingredients in another.
Combine wet and dry mixtures gently; pour into pan.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool in pan 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack; serve as desired.
