Enjoy a flavorful and healthy grilled salmon infused with fresh lemon and herbs, perfect for a quick and elegant meal.

Ingredients

Salmon

  • 4 fillets salmon fillets (skin-on, 6 oz each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (or ½ tsp dried)
  • to taste Salt and black pepper
  • Lemon slices for garnish

Instructions 

  • Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, dill, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
  • Pat salmon dry, place in a dish, and pour marinade over. Let sit for 10–15 minutes.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high and oil grates.
  • Grill salmon skin-side down for 5–6 minutes, flip, and cook another 5–6 minutes until flaky.
  • Remove from grill, garnish with lemon slices and herbs, and serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of fresh lemon before serving.
