Enjoy a flavorful and healthy grilled salmon infused with fresh lemon and herbs, perfect for a quick and elegant meal.
Ingredients
Salmon
4
fillets
salmon fillets (skin-on, 6 oz each)

tablespoons
olive oil

tablespoons
lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1
teaspoon
lemon zest
2
cloves
garlic (minced)
1
tablespoon
fresh dill (chopped)
1
tablespoon
fresh parsley (chopped)

teaspoon
fresh thyme leaves (or ½ tsp dried)
to taste

Instructions
Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, dill, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
Pat salmon dry, place in a dish, and pour marinade over. Let sit for 10–15 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium-high and oil grates.
Grill salmon skin-side down for 5–6 minutes, flip, and cook another 5–6 minutes until flaky.
Remove from grill, garnish with lemon slices and herbs, and serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of fresh lemon before serving.
