Instructions
If using raw chicken, cook it in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Cool and chop.
Mix Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
Combine chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, celery, parsley, and basil in a large bowl.
Pour dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
Chill for 10-15 minutes, then serve over mixed greens.
