A flavorful and easy lemon chicken skillet perfect for a quick dinner with bright citrus notes.
Ingredients

boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs

Instructions
Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, oregano, and thyme.
Heat oil in skillet, cook chicken 5-6 mins per side until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Sauté garlic 30 seconds, add broth and lemon juice, scrape browned bits, add lemon zest, simmer 2-3 mins.
Stir in butter until melted, then return chicken to skillet and simmer 2-3 mins.
Garnish with lemon slices and parsley before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate chicken with herbs beforehand.
