Instructions
Marinate lamb with spices for at least 8 hours or overnight.
Heat oil and sear lamb until caramelized; set aside.
Sauté onions and carrots, then add garlic, ginger, and lemon zest.
Deglaze with broth, stir in tomato paste and honey, then add lamb and simmer 1.5-2 hours.
Thicken sauce with cornstarch slurry, prepare couscous, and serve topped with herbs and vegetables.
