Instructions
Cook the rice and set aside.
In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Add garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, soy sauce, and brown sugar; cook until fragrant.
Prepare cucumber slices with rice vinegar and a pinch of sugar. Sauté spinach, mushrooms, and shredded carrots separately.
