Delicious salmon muffins wrapped in crispy nori, perfect for a flavorful snack or meal.

Ingredients

Seaweed

  • 3 sheets nori paper

Rice

  • 1.5 cups cooked sushi rice (fully cooled)

Salmon

  • 1 lb salmon (skin removed + cubed small)

Oils & Sauces

  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tbs sesame oil
  • 1 tbs low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbs unseasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 tbs honey

Ginger & Garlic

  • 1 tbs ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)

Seeds & Scallions

  • 1 tbs sesame seeds
  • 2 scallions diced scallions
  • 2 tbs toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger (additional)
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (additional)

Additional

  • sliced scallions, shredded carrots sliced scallions, shredded carrots

Instructions 

  • Preheat your oven to 400℉. Cut nori sheets into 4 squares.

Notes

Ensure salmon is fully cooked before assembling muffins.
