Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chicken base
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400˚F (200˚C).
  • Cut chicken into 1-2 inch pieces and place in a baking dish.
  • Mix oil and chicken base, pour over chicken, and toss to coat.
  • Add spices and toss to evenly coat.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until internal temp reaches 165˚F (74˚C).
  • Let sit for 5 minutes, then toss with parsley and serve.
