0.25cupwhite balsamic vinegar(can sub other vinegars)
1.5poundsTyson Chicken Breasts(cut in thin strips)

Pesto Sauce
6tablespoonspesto sauce(use less if desired or if pesto is thin)
Mozzarella Cheese
6slicesmozzarella cheese(exact amount depends on your preference)

Instructions
Whisk dressing mix, oil, water, and vinegar in a small bowl. Marinate chicken for 30 minutes.
Cook marinated chicken in a skillet until browned and cooked through. Discard remaining marinade.
Heat flatbreads on a grill or pan. Brush one side with reserved marinade, place coated side down.
Spread pesto on half of each flatbread, top with mozzarella, cooked chicken, and tomato slices. Add extra cheese if desired.
Fold flatbreads over fillings and cook until browned and cheese melts. Slice and serve.
Notes
For a crispier sandwich, cook on a panini press or indoor grill until golden.
