A refreshing and nutty iced latte perfect for warm days, combining homemade hazelnut syrup with rich espresso and creamy oat milk.
Ingredients
Hazelnuts

cup
raw hazelnuts
(soaked and blended for syrup)

cup
water
1
cup
cane sugar or brown sugar
(for syrup)

tbsp
vanilla extract

tsp
sea salt
⅛
tsp
ground cinnamon (optional)
as needed
Ice
½
cup
oat milk or your favorite milk
2
shots
espresso
2
tbsp
hazelnut syrup
(to taste)
Instructions
Prepare hazelnut syrup by blending soaked hazelnuts with water, sugar, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon; strain if desired.
Fill a glass with ice and add 2 tbsp of hazelnut syrup.
Brew 2 shots of espresso and pour over the ice and syrup.
Pour in ½ cup of oat milk and stir well.
Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing iced hazelnut latte.
Notes
You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less hazelnut syrup.
