A refreshing and nutty iced latte perfect for warm days, combining homemade hazelnut syrup with rich espresso and creamy oat milk.

Ingredients

Hazelnuts

  • 1 cup raw hazelnuts (soaked and blended for syrup)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup cane sugar or brown sugar (for syrup)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • tsp sea salt
  • tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
  • as needed Ice
  • ½ cup oat milk or your favorite milk
  • 2 shots espresso
  • 2 tbsp hazelnut syrup (to taste)

Instructions 

  • Prepare hazelnut syrup by blending soaked hazelnuts with water, sugar, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon; strain if desired.
  • Fill a glass with ice and add 2 tbsp of hazelnut syrup.
  • Brew 2 shots of espresso and pour over the ice and syrup.
  • Pour in ½ cup of oat milk and stir well.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing iced hazelnut latte.

Notes

You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less hazelnut syrup.
