Ingredients

Flatbread

  • 1 piece flatbread
  • 1/4 cup spinach whole leaves (not chopped)
  • 3/4 cup cooked chicken cubed or shredded
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • a dash dash cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Hot Honey Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 dashes cayenne pepper

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Mix olive oil, garlic powder, cayenne, and smoked paprika; brush over flatbread edges.
  • Spread cooked chicken evenly on flatbread, then add spinach leaves and shredded mozzarella.
  • Place flatbread on oven rack or baking sheet; bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese melts and edges are crisp.
  • While baking, combine honey, olive oil, chili flakes, garlic powder, and cayenne; microwave 15-20 seconds and stir.
  • Slice baked flatbread, drizzle with hot honey sauce, and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a drizzle of hot honey sauce before serving.
