Instructions
Season chicken thighs with spices and cook until golden and cooked through.
Prepare honey hot sauce by melting butter, adding honey, hot sauce, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
Toss cooked chicken in the honey sauce until well coated.
Assemble bowls with rice, vegetables, chicken, and garnishes. Drizzle with sriracha mayo and add pickled onions and corn.
Garnish with cilantro, sesame seeds, lime wedges, and serve.
Notes
Adjust spice level with red pepper flakes and hot sauce to taste.
