Instructions
Season chicken thighs with garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
In the last few minutes, add honey, hot sauce, butter, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes; toss to coat.
Serve sliced chicken over rice with cucumber, avocado, cabbage, green onions, and garnishes. Drizzle with sriracha mayo and add lime wedges.
