Instructions
Cook rice according to package instructions, then set aside.
Cut chicken into small pieces, season with salt and pepper. Cook in a skillet with oil until golden and cooked through.
Mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, water, and cornstarch (if using) to make the sauce.
Add vegetables to the skillet and cook until tender-crisp. Pour in the honey garlic sauce, simmer until thickened, then coat the chicken and vegetables.
