Mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise Kewpie recommended

Sriracha

  • 1.5 tablespoons sriracha adjust based on heat preference

Rice Vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar for tangy balance

Sesame Oil

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil enhances flavor

Soy Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce taste before adding varies by brand

Honey

  • 1 teaspoon honey omit if preferred

Cucumber

  • 1 medium medium cucumber sliced thinly

Nori

  • 1 sheet nori torn into pieces

Green Onions

  • 2 tablespoons green onions sliced on a bias

Black Sesame Seeds

Furikake

Instructions
