A refreshing and healthy frozen treat made with ripe nectarines and Greek yogurt, perfect for a hot day.

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 4 pieces ripe nectarines peeled, pitted, and sliced
  • 1.5 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 3.4 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional) (for brightness)

Instructions 

  • Peel, pit, and slice the nectarines; freeze for at least 3 hours.
  • Add frozen nectarines, yogurt, honey, and lemon juice to a blender; blend until smooth.
  • Taste and add more honey if needed; blend again.
  • Serve immediately for soft-serve or freeze for 1-2 hours for a firmer texture.

Notes

For a creamier texture, blend thoroughly and serve immediately or freeze longer.
