Instructions
Peel, pit, and slice the nectarines; freeze for at least 3 hours.
Add frozen nectarines, yogurt, honey, and lemon juice to a blender; blend until smooth.
Taste and add more honey if needed; blend again.
Serve immediately for soft-serve or freeze for 1-2 hours for a firmer texture.
