Enjoy a nutritious, high-protein vegan smoothie conveniently stored in mason jars, perfect for quick breakfasts or snacks.

Ingredients

Liquid

  • 2 cups Unsweetened Soy Milk

Soft Fruit

  • 2 bananas Ripe Bananas (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 cup Juicy Blueberries

Grains or Seeds

  • 0.5 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds

Nut Butters and Tofu

  • 2 tbsp Nut Butters (almond, peanut, or sunflower)
  • 0.5 cup Silken Tofu

Additional Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cooked Red Lentils (cooled)
  • 0.5 cup White Beans

Fruits and Extras

  • 1 cup Mango (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 tbsp Cacao
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)

Vegetables

  • 1 handful Spinach

Coconut

  • 0.25 cup Coconut (shredded or flakes)

Instructions 

  • Layer ingredients in mason jars starting with liquid, then soft fruit, grains/seeds, nut butters, tofu, and frozen items on top.
  • Store in fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 1 month without liquid.
  • Blend with liquid directly from frozen jars when ready to serve.
  • Label jars with flavor and date for organization.

Notes

Use frozen fruits for a creamier texture and longer shelf life.
