Ingredients

Instructions
Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper.
Mix oats, protein powder, and salt in a bowl.
Add peanut butter and honey; stir until crumbly.
Gradually add water, mixing until dough holds together.
Fold in chocolate chips, press mixture into pan, and chill for 60 minutes.
Remove from pan, slice into 10 bars, and store in refrigerator.
