Ingredients

Salmon

  • 4 fillets Salmon fillets
  • 2 cups Rice
  • 2 cups Vegetables (e.g., broccoli, bell peppers, carrots)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 1 lemon Lemon (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook the salmon in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes.
  • Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  • Sauté the vegetables until tender.
