Pat chicken dry, mix spices, rub over chicken, and cook in a skillet over medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through. Rest 5 minutes, then slice.
Mix Greek yogurt and lemon juice to make the sauce. Slice flatbread, layer with sauce, chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and herbs, then fold into wraps. Optionally sear in a skillet for 1-2 minutes per side for extra crispness.

For extra crispiness, broil the flatbread briefly and sear the wraps in a skillet if desired.
