Instructions
Marinate chicken with Cajun Seasoning and olive oil overnight.
Cook chicken in butter until crispy, then rest and slice.
Sauté onion and garlic, add rice and seasonings, stir well.
Make sauce by melting butter, whisking in milk, then adding cream cheese and Parmesan until smooth.
Serve rice topped with chicken and drizzle with creamy sauce, garnish with parsley.
Notes
For extra flavor, use a cast iron skillet to achieve a crispy crust on the chicken.
