Ingredients

Pasta

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta

Meat

  • 1 lb lean ground beef

Cream

  • 1 cup heavy cream

Cheese

  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Garlic

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Vegetables

  • 2 cups fresh spinach

Seasonings

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat; season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Add minced garlic to the beef and sauté for about one minute.
  • Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, cooking until smooth. Add spinach and cook until wilted.

Notes

For a creamier sauce, reserve some pasta water and add gradually while mixing.
