heavy cream

Instructions
Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat; season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, cooking until smooth. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
Notes
