Instructions
Mix olive oil and spices to create a rub.
Coat chicken breasts with the spice mixture evenly.
Preheat air fryer to 360°F (180°C). Cook chicken for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway.
Rest chicken for 5 minutes, then slice horizontally.
Assemble sandwich with condiments, lettuce, tomato, and sliced chicken. Serve immediately.
Notes
Using a meat thermometer ensures chicken is cooked to 165°F (74°C).
