Butter or Bibb lettuce, leaves separated

low-sodium tamari or soy sauce

honey

rice vinegar

canned water chestnuts, drained and finely diced

Instructions
Whisk together tamari, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic to make the sauce.
Cook ground chicken in a skillet until browned, about 7-9 minutes.
Add water chestnuts and sauté for 2 minutes.
Pour sauce over chicken, simmer 3-5 minutes until thickened, then stir in green onions.
Fill lettuce leaves with chicken mixture, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, then serve.
Notes
Use fresh lettuce for best crunch and flavor.
