A delicious and nutritious steak bowl that's quick to prepare and packed with flavor.
Ingredients
Meat

flank or skirt steak
(also works with sirloin)
Oil

tbsp
olive oil
Liquids

tbsp
lime juice
Instructions
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
Season the steak with salt and pepper, then cook for 4-5 minutes per side until desired doneness.
Remove steak from skillet and let rest for a few minutes.
Slice the steak thinly against the grain.
Drizzle lime juice over the sliced steak and serve over your choice of grains or greens.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the steak with lime juice and spices beforehand.
