Ingredients
Dough

chickpea flour (garbanzo bean flour)

tapioca flour/starch

fresh baby spinach leaves

(for thinner tortillas)

Instructions
Blend all ingredients until smooth, adjusting water for desired tortilla thickness.
Pour about 1/3 cup of batter into a non-stick skillet.
Cook for 2 minutes on low-medium heat, flip, then cook for 1 minute.
Repeat with remaining batter and enjoy.
Notes
