Instructions
Simmer cherries with coconut sugar, lemon juice, arrowroot powder, and water until thickened (~10 min).
Make crust by blending pecans, almond flour, coconut oil, coconut sugar, and salt until it holds together.
Layer crust in jars, then top with cream cheese mixture, and finish with cherry topping.
Notes
