Instructions
Marinate chicken in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, and salt for 30 mins. Grill or bake until cooked.
Prepare vegetables: dice tomatoes, slice cucumbers, bell peppers, and red onion. Warm wraps.
Spread hummus or sauce on wrap, add vegetables, sliced chicken, drizzle with olive oil, and lemon juice. Add feta if desired.
Fold sides and roll up tightly. Slice in half and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken longer or add herbs to the vegetables.
