Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet.
Pat salmon dry, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Brush marinade over salmon, scatter tomatoes and olives around.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
Garnish with parsley before serving.
