Ingredients

Dairy

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (full-fat or 2%)
  • 0.5 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 0.25 cup granola (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 2 tbsp nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)

Instructions 

  • Gather all ingredients and rinse berries if frozen.
  • Mix Greek yogurt with honey, maple syrup, and vanilla extract if using.
  • Layer ⅓ of yogurt in a glass, add berries and chia seeds.
  • Add granola and nuts, then repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
  • Finish with a layer of yogurt, berries, and granola on top. Serve immediately or chill.

Notes

Adding granola last keeps it crunchy.
