Enjoy these moist and flavorful muffins packed with blueberries and Greek yogurt, perfect for a healthy snack or breakfast.
Ingredients
Dry ingredients

Wet ingredients

Greek yogurt

milk

vanilla extract

fresh blueberries
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Whisk wet ingredients separately.
Combine wet and dry, then fold in blueberries. Fill liners 2/3 full.
Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool muffins briefly before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of cinnamon to the dry ingredients.
