Enjoy these moist and flavorful muffins packed with blueberries and Greek yogurt, perfect for a healthy snack or breakfast.

Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Wet ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  • Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Whisk wet ingredients separately.
  • Combine wet and dry, then fold in blueberries. Fill liners 2/3 full.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool muffins briefly before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of cinnamon to the dry ingredients.
