200gromaine lettuce
100gcherry tomatoes
1mediumcucumber

Instructions
Season chicken with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, then drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Grill for 5-7 minutes per side until cooked.
Chop lettuce, halve cherry tomatoes, slice cucumber and red onion. Combine in a large bowl with olives and feta.
Whisk together 2 tablespoons olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, and a pinch of salt and pepper for the dressing.
Slice the rested chicken and arrange on top of the salad. Drizzle with dressing and toss gently.
