Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat; cook chicken until browned and cooked through.
Add minced garlic, paprika, and Italian seasoning; cook for 1 minute.
Stir in flour, then gradually add chicken broth and milk, simmer until slightly thickened.
Mix in Greek yogurt, Parmesan, and spinach; cook until spinach wilts. Toss with cooked pasta, season with salt and pepper, and garnish with parsley.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon or red pepper flakes.
