A delicious and easy-to-make dark chocolate bark layered with salted caramel, creamy peanut butter, and crunchy pretzels for a perfect treat.

Ingredients

Chocolate Layer

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips (dairy free/vegan)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Salted Caramel

  • Pinch Yum's 5-Minute Magic Caramel Sauce (use half the recipe)
  • pinch sea salt (add when making caramel)

Peanut Butter Layer

  • 3 tablespoons natural unsalted peanut butter, smooth
  • 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil

Pretzels

  • 3/4 cup gluten free pretzels (I use Glutino or Snyder's brand)

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small pot, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil over low heat, then spread a 1/4 inch layer on the parchment, reserving 1 tablespoon.
  • Prepare half of the caramel sauce and drizzle over the chocolate layer, swirling gently. Reserve remaining caramel.
  • Combine peanut butter and coconut oil in a small pot over low heat until smooth, then drizzle over the caramel and chocolate, swirling to combine. Reserve half.
  • Crush pretzels into smaller pieces, sprinkle over the layer, and press down slightly. Drizzle remaining sauces over the pretzels.
  • Freeze for at least 2 hours, then break into pieces and serve. Store leftovers in the freezer between parchment layers.
