Instructions
Marinate chicken with garlic, paprika, chilli powder, salt, black pepper, lime juice, cumin, and chipotle sauce.
Cook chicken in olive oil until fully cooked and browned, about 8-10 minutes.
Prepare toppings: chop tomatoes, dice onion, mash avocado, and chop cilantro and jalapeno.
Assemble tacos by placing sliced chicken on tortillas, then topping with tomatoes, onion, avocado, cilantro, jalapeno, and a squeeze of lime.
Serve with lime wedges and garnish with additional cilantro if desired.
Notes
For a milder flavor, reduce or omit the chilli powder and jalapeno.
