Instructions
Sauté chopped apples with cinnamon, salt, and 2 tsp coconut oil until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Process oats, pecans, 1 tbsp coconut oil, honey, and water until crumbly.
Spread apples in a baking dish, then sprinkle crumble mixture on top.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden. Cool slightly before serving.
