Ingredients

  • 6 pieces sweet apples, chopped
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • Pinch salt
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 2/3 cup oats
  • 2/3 cup pecans
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tsp honey

Instructions 

  • Sauté chopped apples with cinnamon, salt, and 2 tsp coconut oil until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Process oats, pecans, 1 tbsp coconut oil, honey, and water until crumbly.
  • Spread apples in a baking dish, then sprinkle crumble mixture on top.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden. Cool slightly before serving.
