Ingredients

  • 150 g Hähnchenbrust
  • 1 stück Zwiebel
  • 1 stück Avocado
  • 0.5 stück Zitrone
  • 4 scheiben Proteintoast
  • Salz
  • Pfeffer

Instructions 

  • Toast the bread slices until golden.
  • Cook the chicken in a pan with oil until done, then chop.
  • Dice the onion and sauté until translucent, add chicken and cook briefly.
  • Peel and mash the avocado, season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  • Spread avocado mixture on toast, top with chicken and onion.
