Ingredients

Instructions
Dice vegetables and mince garlic.
Brown ground turkey in a pot until no longer pink.
Sauté vegetables until softened, then add garlic, herbs, and bay leaf.
Add broth and tomatoes, then simmer for 20 minutes.
Add frozen vegetables, cook for 5-7 minutes, then stir in greens and season to taste.
