Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
Add turkey and cook for 5 minutes, breaking it apart.
Add onion, garlic, basil, oregano, and red pepper; cook for 4 minutes.
Add pasta, water, and marinara; cover and bring to boil, then simmer for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat, let sit for 5 minutes, then stir in cheeses and serve.
Notes
