Instructions
Preheat oven to 400℉ (200℃).
Sauté onions and mushrooms in olive oil for 2-5 minutes, then add salt, garlic powder, onion powder; set aside.
Cook ground beef with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika until no longer pink.
Layer zucchini, beef, vegetables, marinara, and cheese in a baking dish; top with Parmesan and herbs.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
Salting zucchini helps remove excess moisture for better texture.
