Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 lb lean ground beef

Grains

  • 1 cup dry quinoa
  • 2 cups water

Oils and aromatics

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Vegetables

  • 1 small bell pepper, chopped

Instructions 

  • Cook quinoa in water until fluffy, then set aside.

  • Mix in cooked quinoa, stir well, and serve warm topped with fresh herbs.
