Instructions
Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet. Add garlic and cook until golden brown. Add chicken stock and reduce by half.
Cook shrimp on each side until pink. Remove from heat.
Layer mozzarella on flatbread, add cooked shrimp and sauce. Top with Parmesan, red pepper flakes, and parsley.
Grill on high for 3-4 minutes until cheese melts. Serve immediately.
