Ingredients

Flatbread

  • 1 piece 8 inch flatbread such as Joseph's Lavash Flatbread

Shrimp

  • 8 to 10 large jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined

Cheese

  • 0.25 cup mozzarella cheese

Garlic

  • 2 to 3 teaspoons chopped garlic

Butter

  • 1 tsp butter

Olive Oil

  • 1 tsp olive oil

Chicken Stock

  • 0.25 cup chicken stock

Parmesan Cheese

  • Parmesan Cheese

Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

  • Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

Parsley

  • Parsley

Instructions 

  • Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet. Add garlic and cook until golden brown. Add chicken stock and reduce by half.
  • Cook shrimp on each side until pink. Remove from heat.
  • Layer mozzarella on flatbread, add cooked shrimp and sauce. Top with Parmesan, red pepper flakes, and parsley.
  • Grill on high for 3-4 minutes until cheese melts. Serve immediately.

Notes

Keep an eye on the grill to prevent overcooking the flatbread.
