Instructions
Spray salmon with olive oil, season with salt, pepper, maple syrup, and lemon juice. Marinate for 15 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill salmon 4-5 minutes per side until cooked.
Combine kale, lettuce, red pepper, cucumber, carrot, green onions, apple, corn, and Parmesan in a large bowl.
Whisk lemon juice and drizzle over salad. Toss to combine.
Serve salad topped with grilled salmon.
