  • 4 fillets Salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 lemon Lemon juice + zest (Juice and zest of one lemon)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley or dill (Chopped)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions 

  • Marinate salmon with oil, lemon, garlic, and herbs for 15–30 minutes.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Grill skin-side down for 6–8 minutes.
  • Flip and cook for 2–3 more minutes.
  • Serve with lemon wedges.
