A delicious and easy-to-make chicken wrap perfect for lunch or dinner, combining flavorful seasoned chicken with fresh vegetables and cheese.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 650 g chicken breasts boneless and skinless, sliced into cutlets
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.25 teaspoon chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic granules
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for frying)
  • 4 pieces flour tortilla wraps
  • 4 leaves large iceberg lettuce leaves
  • 1 cup cheddar or mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup ranch dressing

Instructions 

  • Season chicken with paprika, chili powder, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat oil in a pan or grill, then cook chicken until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Rest for 5 minutes.
  • Cut cooked chicken into strips and prepare wraps by layering lettuce, chicken, cheese, and ranch dressing on each tortilla.
  • Roll up the wraps, then grill for 1-2 minutes on each side until lightly toasted. Slice in halves and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken with spices beforehand.
