1cupshredded sharp cheddar cheese
0.5cupshredded mozzarella cheese
0.5cupshredded Gruyère cheese
Instructions
Mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, herbs, salt, and pepper to make marinade. Marinate chicken for 15 minutes.
Cook onions in olive oil until caramelized. Grill chicken 6-8 minutes per side, then rest and slice.
Mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and honey to create sauce. Spread on bread slices.
Assemble sandwiches with chicken, onions, tomato, arugula, and cheeses. Toast on grill for 3-4 minutes per side until bread is toasted and cheese melts. Slice and serve warm.
