Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 piece grilled chicken breast, sliced

Cheese

  • 0.75 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Herbs

  • 2 sprigs oregano leaves

Condiments

  • 0.33 cup roasted tomato jam

Bread

  • 1 flatbread grilled flatbread

Instructions 

  • Spread roasted tomato jam over the flatbread.
  • Place sliced chicken on one side, then top with oregano, mozzarella, and parmesan.
  • Broil for 1-2 minutes until cheese melts.
  • Fold the sandwich, slice in half, and serve.
