Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste Salt and pepper

Vegetables

  • 6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 0.75 cup Parmesan cheese, shaved or grated
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 0.5 cup Caesar dressing

Instructions 

  • Brush chicken with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and let rest for 10 minutes.
  • Preheat grill and cook chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
  • Combine chopped romaine, croutons, and Parmesan in a large bowl.
