A delicious and healthy smoothie combining Greek yogurt and fresh berries for a refreshing treat.

Ingredients

Dairy

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1.5 cups Mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 medium Banana (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 cup Milk or almond milk
  • 0.5 cup Ice cubes (optional) (add if extra cold)

Instructions 

  • Gather all ingredients and wash berries.
  • Place Greek yogurt, berries, banana, honey, and milk into blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. Add ice cubes if desired and blend again.
  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, add more frozen berries or ice.
